Terms of Service

By accessing or using Travelyaan's website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our service.

Travelyaan is a full-service travel agency. We directly plan, coordinate, and manage travel experiences for our customers. Our services include:

• End-to-end tour package planning and booking management
• Coordination with hotels, guides, transport operators, and activity providers
• Group trips, custom itineraries, and destination travel planning
• On-trip assistance and real-time customer support
• Travel information, destination guides, and advisory services

As a full-service agency, Travelyaan takes direct responsibility for the services we plan and coordinate on your behalf. We use Traveally.com as our CRM and operational platform to manage bookings, agents, and supplier relationships.

To book services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.

Payment

• Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking
• All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways
• Travelyaan is not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank

Modifications

• Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and may incur fees
• Changes must be requested at least 72 hours before departure

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking requests
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or interact with our website
• Transmit spam, viruses, or any malicious content

All content on Travelyaan — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Travelyaan or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travelyaan shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Damages arising from natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, all provisions that should survive termination shall do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before being referred to courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
