Travelyaan is a travel service operated by Ayush Anand in India. These Terms govern the Website, booking channels, and group, corporate, school, college, domestic, and international travel services.
1Acceptance and Services
By using the Website, submitting an enquiry, creating an account, subscribing, or paying for a package, you agree to these Terms. Services include group tours, corporate tours, educational tours, custom packages, enquiry forms, WhatsApp, accounts, payments, and communication tools.
2Eligibility and Minors
You must be 18 to book or contract independently. Minors may travel only through a parent, guardian, or institution booking with verifiable consent and accurate medical, dietary, and emergency information.
3Bookings and Confirmation
Bookings may start through forms, WhatsApp, chatbot, or payment. A booking is confirmed only after applicable payment and written confirmation. Prices and package details may change before confirmation; final details are those confirmed in writing.
4Payments and Documents
Payments use official methods such as Razorpay, PayPal, bank transfer, and UPI. Travelers are responsible for accurate payment, passport, visa, identification, and other documents. Booking data and documents may be processed through Traveally.com and stored in India.
5Cancellations, Changes, and Responsibilities
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy. Travelers must provide accurate information, follow destination laws and instructions, arrive on time, care for their safety and belongings, and disclose special needs.
6Liability
Travelyaan coordinates independent suppliers and is not liable for their acts or omissions to the extent permitted by law. Liability for a booking claim is limited to the amount paid for that package, excluding indirect losses, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
7Communication and Privacy
We may send service messages by email and WhatsApp. Marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn. Data is handled under Indian law and applicable international rights. Tracking technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
8Accounts, Intellectual Property, and Disputes
Users must protect account credentials. Website text, images, itineraries, logos, and design remain protected property. These Terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to competent courts in India.
