This policy applies to travelers participating in group, corporate, school, and college tours arranged by Travelyaan.
1Our Safety Commitment
Travelyaan takes reasonable care in selecting suppliers, planning routes, providing guidance, and maintaining communication. Safety is a shared responsibility.
2Before Travel
Travelers must provide accurate identity, contact, emergency, medical, and dietary information; maintain valid documents and permits; carry medication; understand the itinerary; arrange insurance; and provide guardian consent for minors.
3During and After Travel
Follow trip-leader, guide, and local-authority instructions; arrive on time; remain with the group where required; follow activity briefings; protect belongings; respect local law; and report concerns, incidents, loss, or injury promptly.
4Tour Standards and Minors
We provide reasonable supplier selection, itineraries, briefings, emergency contacts, and coordination with institutions and corporate organizers. Minors require verifiable written guardian consent and appropriate supervision.
5Medical and Emergency Procedures
Travelyaan does not provide medical advice. In an emergency, the trip leader prioritizes traveler safety and coordinates with local services. Treatment, hospitalization, evacuation, and related costs remain the traveler's responsibility.
6Insurance and Local Laws
Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, cancellation, baggage, and liability is strongly recommended. Travelers must comply with destination laws, customs, permits, and environmental rules.
7Liability and Participation
Travelyaan coordinates independent third-party suppliers and is not liable for their acts or for circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to mandatory rights. Participation may be refused or ended where conduct creates a serious risk or breaches local law.
