1Scope
International travelers must read this notice with the Privacy Policy, Terms, Payment Policy, Safety Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.
2Entry and Visa Requirements
Travelers from the EU, EEA, UK, United States, Japan, and every other country must confirm current passport, visa, e-Visa, validity, blank-page, and destination requirements through official government and embassy sources. Travelyaan is not a visa authority and is not responsible for denied entry caused by incomplete or expired documents.
3Health and Vaccination
Requirements vary by destination and traveler. Consult a qualified medical professional, carry prescribed medication and supporting documents, and disclose relevant medical or mobility needs before departure.
4Advisories, Insurance, and Emergency Support
Review government travel advisories. Your trip leader is the primary support contact. In serious emergencies we coordinate with local authorities, medical services, responders, and, where reasonably possible, embassies. Travelers are responsible for medical and related costs and should hold suitable travel insurance.
5Privacy and Data Storage
Applicable GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, APPI, Indian law, and other local rights are preserved. Customer data is stored in India; some third-party providers may process data outside India.
6Currency and Payments
Packages are generally billed in INR. Razorpay, PayPal, bank transfer, UPI, and other stated methods may be accepted. Banks and payment providers set conversion rates and fees. Refunds follow the Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7Permits and Documents
Some Indian regions require permits or identity verification. Required documents must be current and provided on time. Uploaded documents are used for booking and travel compliance.
8Minors and Governing Law
Minor travelers require verifiable guardian consent. This notice is governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
