Travelyaan is a travel service operated by Ayush Anand through travelyaan.com. This notice explains how we obtain, record, manage, and withdraw consent for marketing communications across group tours, corporate tours, and school and college educational tours.
1Purpose of This Notice
This notice explains what you agree to when consent is given and how you may withdraw or update consent. Marketing consent is collected separately from unrelated agreements and is free, specific, informed, and unambiguous.
2How We Collect Consent
We collect consent when you create an account, submit an enquiry, message us on WhatsApp, subscribe to our newsletter, request package information, or interact with our chatbot and communication tools. Where required by law, we seek fresh consent for each distinct purpose.
3Marketing Communications
With consent, we may send marketing and promotional communications by email and WhatsApp, including offers, package promotions, itineraries, destination information, and service updates. We do not send marketing SMS messages or make marketing phone calls.
4Recording Consent
Consent records are managed through our Traveally.com CRM. We record what was agreed, when it was agreed, and the channel used. Updates and withdrawals are recorded and applied to future communications.
5Marketing Versus Service Messages
Marketing promotes packages and offers. Service messages include booking confirmations, payment and refund information, itinerary changes, safety alerts, and replies to direct enquiries. Opting out of marketing does not stop relevant service messages.
6How to Opt Out
Use an unsubscribe link, reply to a WhatsApp message with an opt-out request, or email legal@travelyaan.com. We process requests promptly, and you may opt back in at any time.
7Minor Travelers
We do not knowingly send marketing communications to minors. A minor traveler must have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before booking.
8International Privacy Rights
EU, EEA, UK, California, Japan, and other international travelers may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and consent-withdrawal rights by contacting legal@travelyaan.com.
9Indian Law and Data Storage
This notice reflects the Information Technology Act, SPDI Rules, and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Customer data collected by Travelyaan is stored on servers in India. Certain third-party tools may process data outside India under their own terms.
10Advertising and Tracking
We use Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and custom event tracking to measure visits and deliver relevant advertising. Where required, cookies and similar technologies are used only after consent through the cookie banner.
